LIMITED PRACTICE

Conejo Valley DPC limits the number of patients who can become members to be able to give you the time and attention you need. We won’t rush you like other offices, appointments are always a minimum of 30 minutes for follow ups and 60 minutes for new patients. If you need more time, we’ll make more time for you!

SIMPLE and EASY ACCESS

Members have their doctor's personal email and cell phone number for direct access. You can call them day or night, weekday or weekend to save yourself a trip to the urgent care or Emergency Department! Visits to your home are available for members.

PERSONALIZED APPOINTMENTS

Dr. Gunn will see you and only you at your visit, so you will never feel rushed during your appointment. Dr. Gunn will ensure that all of your questions and concerns are addressed, and you will leave with a note outlining your discussion and next steps.

CONTINUITY OF CARE

We have access to your electronic health record, X-rays and CT scans as shared by other specialists and institutions, so you won’t have to worry about missing an important part of your medical history. Moreover, you will see the same doctor at every visit - not a new PA or NP each time.

COORDINATION OF CARE

Healthcare can be complex, and we will help schedule with specialists and imaging facilities to ensure you get the best care and expedited service.
